Listening Skill

                    Listening Skill


                Listening is the most important among all this skill and it is key to all effective communication because if fails to listen the message effectively then the message are bound to be taken wrong in a way without effective listening misunderstanding easily occur the sender of the message can easily because frustrated.          
            There are certain points which should be consider by all of us to be a good listeners.

Stop talking 


      When you come to know that someone most that tell you something or want to give you a message than Be Attentive” to the speaker and if you are indulged if any topic then stop talking about that topic and listen to the topic.

Prepare yourself to listen  


         Before listening to any one set your mind and listen to this speaker with serious attention and always listen to the speaker with the mindset that you have interest in what the speaker is saying.

Put the speaker at ease
        When speaker is saying something to you try to make him feel comfortable. So, that he can deliver his idea, through and views in the best possible way. Remove distract when you are listen.
Remove distract
       When you are listening to the speaker, try to avoid destruction, batter you are away from the means that is distracting from listening with all attentiveness. 

Empathies
          Sometimes it may happens that the speakers has some others point of views in his mind and it is not matching with yours at such point try to listen carefully and try to understand the point of the speaker and be open minded to expect other point of view.

Be patient

          Whenever speaker is taking a pause does not mean that the speaker has finished his point to tell. Let the speaker continue and never interrupt the speaker while he saying something it will course distraction on the part of the speaker.

Avoid personal prejudice
    When the speaker has something to say before listening to him, throughout all the prejudices that you have for the speaker and this will allow you to get exactly what the speaker wants to convey.

Wait and watch
       For the non verbal communication
 “We not only listen through an erase but we also listen with our eyes”

           And therefore notice all the action and gesture that the speaker is using while convening the message and try to pick-up the addition information being transmitted via non-verbal communication.

Practice answering question  
         When you are facing in interview the interviewer will sourly ask the question related to your study or career and therefore before the facing their question try t form the best answer in your mind and try to rehears it. So, that you can avoid “Fumbling” while facing the question.

Don’t be nervous
             When you are facing in any interview than any normal person is bound to be nervous but try to avoid your nervous because it should be you only who knows about their nervousness and therefore by showing others your nervousness you are giving than your weak point.

Outer appearance 
       This is one of the most important expect that interviews look for because

           “First impression is the last impression”
      Your appearance should be formal and dynamic it should be well enough to impress the interviewer.

Carry positiveness
   
          It is not necessary that you will not face any problem because in every face of life you may find some unfavorable situation and while giving interview also you may come across. Such unfavorable situation instead of getting nervous r patient calm and at be positive because notice itself spread positiveness around you.
